We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything a guest might need. The host communicated quickly and thoroughly. The neighborhood was charming, full of mature trees, and close to restaurants, and shops. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Trey was great! I was impress with the level of communication and the house itself. Great bed and pillows. I’ve been to many Airbnbs that don’t take care of the basics like that. Let alone coffee and spices. I strongly recommend the house and Trey’s service! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our nights at this property and would stay here again. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and the kitchen is well provisioned. We took several very pleasant walks in the surrounding neighborhood and nearby park. One piece of advice that I would offer. If you would like the pool heated when you are there plan ahead and ask for directions. There is a manual, but we were a little intimidated to try it on our own.

We had an awesome stay at Modern VRM’s place. The neighborhood is pristine, quiet, and safe. The home is beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable. We had the best sleep in years here! The outdoor living area and pool are tops. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

This is a truly stunning home in a fantastic location. I live in east Dallas and booked this rental when my family came in town. You cannot beat the location. It’s both private and 10 mins to any of the go-to shopping, restaurants etc. The house itself is gorgeous with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a heated pool and perfect communal space. The owners were super responsive when we had questions but also above and beyond for last minute accommodations. We will definitely be returning to this property again for ourselves or future guests (assuming we are lucky enough to find it available again!).

This is a very nice, comfortable home. It is well supplied with everything you need. Large rooms with lots of space. The home has easy access to shopping and entertainment . This is our second time to stay in this home. We plan to stay again.

Trey's home was beyond what we expected. We were in town for an extended stay to visit our son and we couldn't have picked a better place. This neighborhood is charming, quiet and very walkable to the Santa Fe Trail, which we love! It leads you right to White Rock Lake - one of my favorite places. I love to cook and most Airbnbs have dull knives and are not well stocked. Not this kitchen! Everything I reached for was right at my fingertips. Appliances are fantastic too! One of our favorite features was the amazing pool/outdoor spa. It's so private and pretty - the perfect place to relax after a long walk. Can't say enough about this gem, highly recommend!!

From the moment I walked in the home looked exactly like the pictures. Along with it being organized, smelling fresh and clean. I was very impressed. The staff was polite and always responded in a timely manner. Definitely a must stay!!

Great quaint spot that was perfect for our family of four needing to go between downtown, North and South Dallas. The hot tub, cozy fireplace, and living room were perfect after a long day of 7on football, house hunting, and activity.

The house was perfect for our stay. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is easily accessible. The lake is nearby for outdoor enthusiasts. The check in was easy. The house had all the needed ammenties to stay in and cook or hang out in the backyard. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here on the coldest days in Dallas but the heated pool and jacuzzi saved the trip! So nice. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. Our teens loved the pool and we loved the comfy beds!! We would stay again over and over!

My son moved to Dallas and we opted to spend Christmas our there and rented this awesome house. From booking, thru payment thru arrival and departure we were treated like royalty. Ease of check in was great. The house was lovely, and the heated pool and hot tub were the best for post dinner relaxation. The outdoor fireplace made the best way to unwind in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed, and was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms modern and clean. Any question we had was answered swiftly. I would stay here again next visit to the Big D, Dallas.

The home was perfect for me and my 2 grandchildren. We enjoyed the location. We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendations the owner gave that were close to the home! We had a great time and I am glad I found this home on VRBO. Also, I like that the owners kept some of the old world charm of this 1930’s home! The spa was great! We enjoyed it in December!

Trey's home was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in Dallas being so near White Rock Lake, the playground and the Santa Fe Trail. Our host was very responsive and included plenty of information and instructions for our stay. There was a well-equipped kitchen that I could slow-cook some pork and make smoothies. My family (2 adults + semi adult) kids flew into Dallas for Commanders vs Cowboys Thanksgiving game. We had a ball! So close to everything Dallas and great restaurants around. We truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Such a warm and beautifully decorated house with all the amenities you could ever want. Our host had it together down to the alarm system. This was the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had and I have stayed in many. We stayed 17 days for a family medical emergency & being in this home was a huge comfort during a stressful time. I can’t say enough about how clean, comfortable & beautiful the home is. The patio & pool area are a private oasis! The neighborhood is peaceful as well as beautiful, families walking dogs all day long and kids getting on & off the bus as families cheered in the front yard on the first day of school. The house had plenty of comfortable seating for our family to come watch movies or play games and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine needing. Ruth was super responsive and kind the whole time to any little thing we needed. THANKS RUTH! We look forward to staying there in the future any time it’s available!

I went to Dallas for a girl's trip and this place was perfect for us! It fit 6 of us comfortably since each bedroom had a king bed and the pool/patio area was so lovely to enjoy. Trey was very responsive to any questions I had while staying there and, since it was available, he was very accommodating with early check-in and late checkout for a small fee. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great restaurants and places to check out were only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and i come to the Dallas area often and this time decided to stay in a house. Found this property and it exceeded expectations. Home was comfortable and well stocked. Outdoor area was super cute and cozy. The temperatures were over 105 all week so spending time outside was limited to the mornings and later evenings. But what a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Home is close to a grocery store and some great Mexican restaurants. Check in and out was easy. Host was super responsive and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

First, the home hosts (Trey and Ruth) were extremely friendly and welcoming. They responded quickly to any messages sent. Second, the home was breathtaking and I really didn't want to leave. We were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. I was disappointed there was an additional fee of $50 to heat the pool, but with the Texas heat the pool stayed pretty warm. Lastly, my friends and I were able to bond at the home during my birthday weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and calming. We loved it and can't wait to stay here again.

The rental property was exactly what we needed for a wedding weekend trip getaway. It was close to the Dallas Arboretum. Beautiful historic home! The house has been tastefully renovated and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable and inviting. The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting in the cozy outdoor living space. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need-it is truly a cooks kitchen. High end cookware and cooking tools. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and admiring the historic homes and beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens. Everything exceeded my expectations. Easy check in/check out and communication with host was no problem . If you are considering this property, don’t hesitate to book. Absolutely lovely

Home is beautiful and in a great, walkable neighborhood! The outdoor living space and pool/spa were private and awesome! Kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having three king sized beds. Overall very comfortable and we would stay there again.
