Hollywood/Santa Monica Neighborhood – Dallas, Texas

Trey’s home was beyond what we expected. We were in town for an extended stay to visit our son and we couldn’t have picked a better place. This neighborhood is charming, quiet and very walkable to the Santa Fe Trail, which we love!

Treys place was AWESOME! The ski in/out is a major luxury and we loved sitting in the living room watching skiers out of the huge windows. They decorated for Christmas and it made us feel right at home. We are already booking for next year!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful with the water just steps away. Our kiddos had a blast fishing and catching catfish, bass, and striper (all catch & release). It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect getaway. Highly recommend Trey’s place for families or anyone looking for a quiet retreat by the water.
